Return Policy
Returns & Exchanges
We take pride in our quality products and truly value our customers. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible item(s) may be returned for store credit or exchange within 5 days of delivery. Store credit never expires.
Store credit is issued for the order total minus shipping, discounts, and promotions. A $15 domestic return label is available and will be deducted from your store credit if used. International return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
Return Requirements
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unaltered
- In perfect condition
- With original tags attached
Returns showing signs of wear or damage will be denied and sent back.
How to Return
- Email sales@promgirloutlet.com within 5 days of delivery.
- Include your order number.
- Indicate store credit or exchange (include style, size, and color for exchanges).
- Once your RA is issued, your return must be postmarked within 3 days.
Returns received without an RA number are subject to a 40% fee and processing delays.
All sale items are final sale.
Return requests made after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Store credit cannot be redeemed for a refund.
Processing Time
Returns are processed within 2–4 business days.
You will receive an email once your store credit is issued or your exchange ships.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled at no charge prior to processing (payment verified and items confirmed with vendors).
After processing:
- In-Stock Items: 25% restocking fee
- Pre-Order Items: 50% restocking fee
- Special Orders: Cannot be cancelled
